Thabile is a SACNASP-registered Environmental Scientist who transforms complex environmental policy into high-impact, community-led field solutions. She combines over five years of technical expertise in water resource monitoring, environmental management, and project delivery.
At Avo Vision, Thabile leads the AgriRegen Programme, a flagship initiative that integrates regenerative agriculture, rangeland restoration, and innovative land-use models, including regenerative farming and the Herding for Health livestock system. Her work drives carbon sequestration, actively reverses ecosystem degradation, unlocks new agricultural value chains, and empowers small-scale enterprises. This approach positions Avo Vision as a partner of choice for sustainable corporate investment and measurable ESG impact.
Her career includes designing and auditing ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 management systems for large-scale infrastructure projects at the Trans-Caledon Tunnel Authority, conducting ecological research at the Agricultural Research Council, and coordinating environmental campaigns with Hennops Revival NPO.
Thabile holds an MSc in Ecological Sciences from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and is a published author in the African Journal of Ecology. She is recognised for her ability to bridge scientific rigour, corporate compliance, and stakeholder trust, making her a dynamic leader in environmental sustainability and community empowerment.
